Industry Education

For over 17 years, my work has extended beyond the chair and into education. As a Redken Brand Ambassador, I’ve taught thousands of classes to stylists and salon teams across the country, covering cutting, finishing, color, and the client experience.

I’ve been honored to teach at Redken’s most prestigious education spaces, including the Redken Exchange in New York and ProLab in Los Angeles, where I’ve worked since 2005. Teaching at this level requires not only technical skill, but the ability to translate technique into real, usable results behind the chair.

In addition to academy education, I’m available to be booked for custom, in-salon classes designed around the specific needs of your team. These sessions are practical, collaborative, and tailored to real salon environments — whether the focus is technique, finishing, or elevating the client experience.

This experience directly informs the way I work with clients today, bringing clarity, confidence, and intention to every appointment.

Career Experience

My career has taken me across the country, working industry events from Miami to Los Angeles and everywhere in between. I’ve served multiple times as a lead artist at the Redken Symposium, the largest single-manufacturer hair event in North America, collaborating with top talent to educate and inspire on a national stage.

I’ve also been fortunate to work as a lead stylist during New York and Los Angeles Fashion Week, partnering closely with designers to create hair that complements and elevates their collections. This work keeps me connected to what’s next while remaining grounded in wearability and real-world application.

My experience includes on-set work for MTV, styling hair for artists such as Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and others. I also work regularly with celebrity clients who trust me with their hair beyond the spotlight. Whether on set or in the salon, the approach remains the same: thoughtful, focused, and tailored to the individual.

In addition to runway and production work, I’m frequently called on for editorial projects and have received international awards for creative and editorial hair. My work has been featured in American Salon and Hairdresser Journal UK, and I’ve created educational content and articles for Hair.com.
